I'm at my wit's end with my health issues. Since 2023, I've only had 5 periods, and I've seen multiple doctors, but I'm still not getting the help I need. I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was younger, but my symptoms have worsened since June. I've been experiencing spotting, no periods, and severe pelvic and back pain. After undergoing LLETZ treatment for cervical issues, I had internal and external ultrasounds in July, which revealed a thick womb lining. I've been referred to a gynecologist and had a colposcopy instead of a hysteroscopy. I'm waiting for a hysteroscopy appointment in November, and I'm feeling frustrated, scared, and in a lot of pain.
