WORRIED that a lump I've found on left side of my neck could be a supraclavicular swollen lymph node. I've been referred on the 2 week cancer pathway

I am a 53 year old woman, who has struggled with some health issues since having my gallbladder removed in 2021. I have found a lump on the left side of my neck just above my collarbone. Its about 3 cm long and probably the same wide. It feels soft and painless, but if I push it in, it feels harder. Sometimes, I feel like its getting smaller and then all of a sudden its back there. I have had some emergency bloods taken, the doctor measured it and I had an xray of my chest and have been referred to the 2 week cancer pathway, where they will do more tests. I'm worried that it might be a supraclavicular swollen lymph node due to previous concerns over my stomach and pancreas. I haven't had any injections, I haven't had an accident, I've just been having a lot of fatigue, constantly going to the toilet, numb fingers and a strange pain in my shoulder area leading down my arm when this happens. Starting to worry me a bit.
