Hi, on 23rd January I attended the breast clinic for a check up, as I’d been having persistent pain in my left breast. They said I was fine and after a few visits to a&e I was put on medication for acid reflux. I’ve had pain on and off since then but over the past 2/3 months I’ve had a full feeling in my left breast, pain and aching and more recently my nipple feels like it’s really cold. Sometimes it looks completely flat and not how it usually looks. My neck feels really swollen on the outside around my collarbones right across but it’s like squishy all over like there’s fluid under there. My left shoulder is starting to hurt as well. Has anyone ever had this before? 
the swelling started a couple of weeks ago because I asked my gp and he had a look but wrote on my notes that my neck looked fine. 
last year I was given a inflammatory cream for my neck as it kept having spasms (so the doctor said but to me it just felt like my heartbeat pulsing through my neck). I’ve not been right for a little while now but feel like I’m not getting very far with the GP
