I had similar which did turn out to be two tumours, one on top of the other and my puckering was very slight. I had a partial mastectomy ( half of inside breast), lymph nodes removed because the cancer had started to spread, 7 months of chemotherapy plus 6 weeks of radiotherapy. But this story is positive because that was 27 years ago and I am here to tell the tale. Good luck.
