Lump in neck and arm

Hello

im a 29 yo female and a new mom. Back in 2023 I found a lump in my neck noticed this by large swelling on the side of my neck. Had it checked via ultrasound it came back as not concerning and was told to go back if it comes back as I noticed when I fell pregnant it went down.

it came back had it scanned. It’s visible to the eye if I point it out to others. Drs agreed it was swollen and sent me for another ultrasound but interestingly I was told that was clear

i know it’s not typically sinister if it goes up and down, and it does. It never fully goes but it is there. When I feel the swelling and press down can feel a pea / oval shaped lump like a lymph node.
I also have one of the opposite side of my neck that is always there, just causes the base of my neck to look slightly swelled that side

i have recently found a small lump in my forearm, notice by numbness and tingling in hand. I thought it may be pressing on nerve. Was told by DR think that one is a lipoma and nothing to worry about

now the thing is I have no other worrying symptoms other than extreme fatigue and dizziness occasionally. I keep getting told it’s because I’m a mom. It’s been a year into motherhood, and I can’t help but worry that the continues swelling of nodes and need to intense need every day is worrying. But my bloods and ultrasound are fine some vitamin deficiencies but now treated and levels ok. Do I admit defeat and accept this could be health anxiety, or I am wondering if anyone has ever had ok bloods and ultrasound and been ok?

I think my drs think I’m crazy

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some ongoing health concerns and that, despite the positive test results you've had, you're still worried about things.

There is some helpful information on the NHS website that might help you understand more about health anxiety, along with some tips and advice that might help improve things. It does sound like a conversation with your GP might also be helpful to see if there is anything they can recommend to help with your concerns.

If you'd like to chat things through with one of our nurses, you can call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

I do hope that you're able to access some support.

    Best wishes,
