I'm sorry to hear that you've had some recent health issues and that you're currently also waiting for biopsy results on Monday. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious. 

It is possible that some of the problems you've mentioned such as fatigue and tiredness, could be connected to the heavy bleeding you've been experiencing. Hopefully, when you see the doctor on Monday for your biopsy results, they will be able to give you some reassurance about this particular issue. 

With regards to the findings of the ultrasound of your gallbladder, do talk again with your GP or doctor about your concerns. Hopefully they will be able to give you some reassurance.
