Hi BobWalk,

As you have heard nothing and it's been over a month now since you saw the specialist at the hospital, I would get in touch with them especially as you are understandably feeling a bit anxious about it and would like to have some clarity on what the next steps might be and what the biopsy results are. It's worth getting in touch with them and asking whether they might be able to update you on this. 

I hope that you will hear from other members of our community who have had a similar lesion detected on their nose and who also had to wait for biopsy results. It can help to talk to others who have been through this process before. 

I am keeping everything crossed for you that you find out more and getting definite answers soon and that it all turns out to be nothing of concern.
