I am not sure whether you have spoken to a GP about this? It is best to get any bleeding that is happening in between periods assessed and it sounds like your symptoms have been getting worse with the pain increasing over time. Get in touch with your doctor and explain this has been going on - there are so many conditions that could explain your symptoms so try not to worry too much but it's important to get these issues checked so you can have a proper diagnosis and the right treatment for you.
