oh bless you, goodness I’ve been googling all night! It’s just human nature. I had a call from hospital this morning wanting to book me in for a colonoscopy, I’m worried sick.

Thank you for quick reply, it’s good to talk with you, I was undecided on if to join this forum as couldn’t see one with recent dates and certainly didn’t want to upset someone by bringing up a worry.

isn’t this a scary time, I hadn’t have another blood test which was missed, I went first thing and hopeful results will be in later today, I also couldn’t sleep and Googling into early hours.

Of course I will, it helps talking with you going through the same thing now, have you had colonoscopy before?  I have googled like mad, seen many ok reviews.  Yes I have seen it can be many other things, I’ve suffered IBS for over 20 years but so many symptoms  are similar it’s hard to know, we are doing the right thing it’s just waiting isn’t it. Yes positive thoughts x

We can chat any time you want, we can help each other through this. The fact that you’ve suffered with IBS tells me it’s more something to do with that .

Btw. I have have had a colonoscopy a long time ago. It’s fine, just make sure you get sedated. X

That’s good to hear and thank you and know you have experienced colonoscopy before.  Please let me know when you get time the best way to prep, there seems a lot of horrible stories, tbh I just want to get it right with minimal affects apart from the obvious.  I’m concerned on procedure and results. Never had a positive fit test before and cannot see anything myself.  Are your bloods all ok.

I can’t actually remember much as so long ago. I know the liquid you drink isn’t nice but it’s a necessity:(

Hope you feeling ok.

just had call to say I will hear what’s next within 2 weeks.  I’m going to try hard to go back work Monday if I can concentrate enough.  Hopefully we will sleep better tonight after late night early morning google.
