Good afternoon 

In 2024 I went for my smear and had abnormal cells and asked to come back a year later 

had my 2025 swear last month and have just receive a letter that I have high risk hpv has been found in some cells but no abnormal cells

have been asked to attend a colposcopy next week( excuse if that isn’t spelt right )

been of background I had baby no2 last December and we’ve since then have had on off spotting which I have never had / very heaving bleeding between periods almost like it’s running out of me ( excuse tmi) 

baby girl is 8 months old now so way past post partial bleeding

having the off pain around pelvis which feels like a contraction pain but not all the time / twinges in my back almost every few days 

I just have a gut feeling something is up

would appreciate feedback about the wording in my letter about  high risk hpv found in cells
