my period has arrived and I am due to go into hospital on tuesday for Lletz procedure. What are the chances they will reschedule? I have waited 8 months for this & I really really don’t want it cancelled
I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting for a LLETZ procedure. It's understandable that you're concerned about a potential further delay.
Hopefully the clinic will be able to offer you some reassurance tomorrow that even if they are unable to complete the procedure as initially planned, you will be given a higher priority to reschedule the appointment.
I'm not sure what time during the day you're supposed to attend the clinic, but perhaps try giving them a ring first thing in the morning before you leave to let them know the situation.
