Hi, I have had tongue ‘ulcers’ in the past, which have appeared when run down etc. they have been painful and quite prominent but have disappeared. 

I am worried out of my mind with this one , it’s small, white, with what looks like a pin prick white spot to one side of it within the actual circle. I went to see a nurse practitioner yesterday and she was very thorough and said “it’s something or nothing” and referred me for a 2ww. 
I’m unable to work today because I feel frozen to the spot and I’m full of anxiety. I have convinced myself this is something bad because I have had this spot since last Friday so this is the 6th day. I go on holiday tomorrow and I’m worried to go away. I have bad OCD and health anxiety and I can’t stop staring at the same spot on my tongue 

I just don’t know what it is. Does anyone have any ideas?
