Hello Mumofoneboy, 

I am not sure what this white might mean and but I hope that you won't have to wait too long for your results and that the worry of it all won't spoil your lovely holiday with your son. I know it's not easy to do so, but try to put it all at the back of your mind if you can and still make the most of your holiday. Avoid the urge to look things up on Google as this will only make you worry more without giving any satisfactory answers. Waiting for answers is really difficult and I thought I would share with you our helpful tips to help you cope during this time of uncertainty. 

Try not to worry too much about the hip pain but do talk to your doctor about it and about the sore back as well as all your worries so it might be worth making an appointment with your GP so that they can address this hip pain and hopefully treat it so you don't have to be in pain anymore.  

Keeping everything crossed for you that you will get some definite answers very soon and that it all turns out to be nothing of concern.
