to make it clearer why does a soft diet eliminate only pile blood and not cancer blood, why doesn't it stop both? Does the cancer always bleed where as the piles do not?

do the piles repair themselves heal, where as the cancer does not and cannot repair itself?
So I have light pink on my tissue sometimes esp after sports , im also on prolanalol which may increase bleeding, im also constipated and probably have internal piles, so there is light pink sometimes.
So the dr reccomended I eat oats daily and toilet often and if the pink blood stops it will show that its merely piles. But my question is wouldnt the soft oat diet stop the cancer tumour from bleeding also or does the cancer tumour always bleed no matter what you eat?
