My experience with signs, symptoms & breast clinic - is this normal?

Hi! I’ll try to keep this brief. I noticed a few years ago that I was getting a lot of discharge from my left breast and then over the years, both breasts but never questioned it. Last year, I found two lumps in my left breast. My gp examined me and did an urgent referral to the breast clinic. I saw them 2 weeks later and they did a similar check on me and told me I’m fine, I just have lumpy breasts and if I don’t squeeze my nipples, the discharge will stop (I did explain they just leaked on their own) anyway, I’ve noticed that the discharge hasn’t stopped and has become bloody from my left breast and I keep getting almost like a blister on that nipple that is full of this discharge. I’ve also noticed my breast has suddenly hollowed out at the top, it like dips inward and looks very different from how it did even just a year ago. My gp says due to my age (now 26) and having no *immediate* family with breast cancer (grandmothers sister had breast cancer), I’m fine and it’s probably just from weight fluctuations (I did gain a lot of weight quickly and now I’ve lost it quickly) & the psychiatric medication that I take might be causing the discharge. I’m worried but I don’t want to seem like a hypochondriac. Is it worth chasing?
