Possible ovarian cancer

Hello, I’m a 28 year old and recently had an ultrasound which found a 22cmx14cm mass on my ovary. I have been referred to my local hospital’s gynaecology department urgently and saw on my referral that my O-RAD score was a 4 and my CA125 blood test came back elevated. I don’t have any doctor to talk to about this and I don’t think relying on google is helping. Has anyone been in a similar situation? And what do these numbers/blood tests mean?

thank you in advance for responses. I’m a bit in the dark and nervous.
