Hello I'm looking for some advice because I feel like I'm breaking inside. So to break a long story short for two years 2022-2024 I went through he'll and back being told I had cin3 cells to then having two masses which turned out to be non cancerous. The last few months I have been feeling off just very tired I put it down to my job and not eating well due to how physically demanding my job was. Until a few weeks ago where I couldn't keep my eyes opened I went to the doctors and had my bloods taken which showed my iron levels were real low I have suffered with anemia for years. I was sent for a ct scan of chest abdomen and pelvis it came back with unremarkable findings other than an appendix stone and tachycardia. I was asked to do a q fit test which came back high at 400 I have a colonscopy and an endoscopy on Wednesday and I haven't stopped crying I'm terrified that this is going to be a cruel twist of fate and turn out to be bowel cancer. I'm also terrified about taking the bowel prep as I'm scared it will inflame my appendix but doctors says it's fine to take. Please some give me some adive on if this can be anything other that what I'm dreading
