Waiting diagnosis - so scared

Good morning, first time posting. Lump on side of my neck - 2-3cm in size, noticed it first probably about 2 months & assumed it was just a swollen gland. No symptoms whatsoever to indicate anything is wrong (although after googling I feel like I have every symptoms under the sun). Went to doctor 3 weeks ago who did bloods & ordered a MRI. Bloods came back ok showing no sign of inflammation. MRI came back the very next day after doing it & has been marked as suspicious by radiologist (I haven't seen the report), so now I'm being referred to ENT specialists. I'm based in Ireland & told appointment could take up to 4 weeks. I asked the doctor why exactly is it suspicious & he said because it is a lymph node, the size & the fact they cannot find a reason for it, he did not mention any specific details around why suspicious. Feels like I'm losing my mind at moment with worry, I do suffer from anxiety which I had under control but this has sent me into a spiral. Just wondering if anyone can give me guidance on what to expect at the ENT appointment? Not sure how I'm going to get through next 4 weeks of waiting, so any advise is more than welcome. I'm assuming I have cancer since its suspicious.
