Please help - clear fluid coming out of breast and 4 lumps found. Has this happened to anyone else?

A year ago I lost ALL sensation in my right breast and nipple. Even a hard pinch or slap I'd feel nothing. 

Today I went to the doctor about it as now when squeezed a clear fluid comes out. 

Whilst doing the lump tests they found 4 lumps on my left which when pressed they hurt. 

Has this happened to anyone before?
