I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some ongoing gynaecology issues and that you're currently waiting for the results of a CA125 test. 

I'm unsure why the NHS portal says that the results won't be back for 4 weeks. Perhaps there are issues with completing blood testing in your local area or there are staff shortages. It may be that they give a longer wait time than it usually takes in case there are any delays with things. Or maybe all blood test results are reviewed by a doctor before the results are uploaded. It's difficult to say really.
