Awaiting breast screening and very scared

Hi, so I recently have been experiencing pain and tenderness in my right breast for around 6 months! I have quite a physical job so I put down to being muscular! It hasn’t gone away so decided to check my breasts. The breast with the pain felt ok, however my left breast I found 2 lumps. Went to the doctors straight away and they were fantastic! She reassured me the lumps in my breast were normal lumpy fatty tissue but her attention was straight away drawn back to the right breast! My nipple dents on the areola, I have dimpling and it’s quite mis-shaped.
I feel like such an idiot that I hadn’t noticed and now I’m aware it’s all I can see and feel!!!! I don’t have a lump, just the above mentioned. Has anyone else had this and what was your outcome? Sadly iv spoken to 2 ladies who had very similar if not the same as me and their outcome wasn’t good news. I’m terrified!!

Sorry for the long post xxxxx
