Mole and looking for reassurance please

So I have had this mole since I was young. I touched it on Saturday and I felt it was a little raised (I mean it’s on my back so I barely feel it see it). When I look at it in the mirror I don’t feel it’s changed. There are 2 colours in the mole, unsure as to if this has always been the case when I look at it looks no different to me. Top is slightly darker brown than the rest of the mole. It is 8mm. But like I said. Doesn’t seem to have grown at all. I had it checked 3 years ago whilst I was getting another mole looked at and she said “that one is absolutely fine”. I have an app tomorrow at the hospital. It’s perfectly round borders. It’s only the colour as to why she referred me. I’m just wondering if anyone has some positive stories to share. I’m going out of my mind with worry

  • I am 32 as well by the way and had the mole since I was a child
