Well done on king the plunge and getting these symptoms investigated. I am glad to hear that your X-ray was clear. Unfortunately, It is impossible to say whether or not there is anything untoward present. You will probably have some different scans and tests carried out,  when you attend the clinic and these will determine the outcome. This wait is always an anxious time, so try to find activities that interest you, to take your mind off the wait. I sincerely hope that all goes well for you.
