Colonoscopy found 12 polyps, 4 have been removed and now I need the other 8 removed. It's constantly on my mind

Hi I recently had a colonoscopy and they found I had 12 polyps I had 4 removed and now I’ve got ho go back to have other 8 removed I’m been referred to the genetics team given my young age and having so many polyps I’m waiting for lab results in the 4 I had removed but I’m worried it’s a constant thought 24 hours a day we do have a family history of cancer in the family
