I am 37 years old. I have a number of health problems including IBS, endometriosis, Lichen sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, ADHD.

I have an appointment with the GP in the morning to discuss possible suspicion of carcinoid syndrome. 

I have been researching it along with family when it was mentioned to us that all my symptoms/problems could be that i have been misdiagnosed... e.g IBS instead of carcinoid syndrome. Lichen sclerosis instead of vulvovaginal pellegra caused by niacin deficiency.

I have a lump in my armpit (been there about a year, was told it was ingrowing hair was given antibiotics and topical treatments) i have been monitoring the lump and like clockwork on days leading up to my period the lump changes shape, at least quadruples in size, becomes extremely painful, itchy and sore it makes me feel sick even the weight on my arm on the lump is painful. I was given more antibiotics for it and i have an appointment at the breast clinic for that.

When i was 17 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child I had to undergo open surgery to remove a very large mass off my ovary, they had to take the ovary and fallopian tube too. I was never told anything about the mass. I dont even know whether it was even sent to pathology. (This hospital is currently under warnings to improve in all areas).

In the past i have had a barium enema, endoscopy and gastroscopy. Was told there was some 'scarring' and i "probably" just had IBS. 

I have trouble swallowing, food gets stuck (even mash potatoes) and taking water doesnt help its like the liquid sits on top of the stuck food. My whole mouth fills with saliva, lots of pain sometimes i end up vomiting. Other times it finally moves down. When it happens it puts me off my food as my throat hurts.

I have a sore throat constantly, and often have flu like symptoms.

Headaches, dizziness and fuzziness in my head, tingling/numbness/vibrations across my face and body. I have night sweats, i wake up freezing, have to change my clothes and put a towel down as my bed sheets are wet.

I constantly have cold sores, nasal sores, mouth ulcers, skin infections, extreme itchiness all over my body that drives me crazy.

I have back pain that extends round my right side on my ribs. Pelvic pain and a pressure/heaviness and just really sore and deep aches round the bottom of my pelvis. It feels like all my insides are trying to push their way downwards and out.

Abdominal pain, i fluctuate between diarrhoea and constipation, mainly diarrhoea and depending on the day i go 1 time to several times. Whenever i empty my bowels i get some rectal bleeding mainly bright red but some darker. (I have seen GP about this they sent me for endoscopy but they said there was nothing wrong with me. They did a few biopsies but never told me anything so i assumed they didnt find anything or they would have told me).

I have excessive gas, painful stomach cramps, bloating. Nausea and some vomiting. Since having 3 children i have the obvious problems of peeing when i laugh or sneeze etc..... but recently (last couple of months) i feel like i need a wee, i go to the toilet and do it (lots) and then 10mins later im desperate for a wee again so i go back to the toilet and do another wee (again lots as if i hadnt done one 10mins before). Also i can go from being completely fine to dramatically have to run to the bathroom to pee. Several times i have not made it and had an accident on my way upstairs, then have to change my clothes and clean up. 

I generally feel so weak and tired, drained. Endless fatigue. Having to rest and sleep lots. Joint pains, skin rashes (red and hot and itchy on my face cheeks neck and chest/ across top of breasts) other rashes that GP has said definitely isnt eczema. Been prescribed hydrocortisone and other creams. Skin infections lots. In the past 6 months ive had an infection in my belly button twice, infection on my csection/surgery scar from mass removal when i had my 2nd little boy in 2016, ear infections external otitis. Infection in my ear lobe evem though i havent worn earings for 20 years but it started in the old peircing hole then has spread out. Whole body itchy all the time. I get palpatations, flutters that feel like my heart is going to fly out of my chest. Dry cracked itchy bleeding sore skin on my hands that takes ages to heal and then i get a few days to a week and my hands are dry and bleeding again. I have seen rheumatology they tested me for various things as alot of my symptoms could be autoimmune but they cleared me but want me to go back if i need to. My mother had many many thinga wrong including rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, scleroderma and Sjörgrens syndrome and i have alot of symptoms/issues she had. I'm only 37 (have 3 children ages 10, 9 and 7) and i have zero energy and i feel like I'm a 90year old woman struggling through each day.

I am so tired all the time, doesnt matter how much sleep i get its never restful or restorative. I go to bed feeling like ive been run over by a truck and wake up everyday feeling like I've been run over by a train.

So tired. I just want to know whats wrong with me
