Found a lump in my breast - I'm so scared

Found a lump 40yrs old, mum had breast cancer that spread, died pretty young I feel like I'm going to be the same I'm so scared to even know if I just feel a lump because I'm so scared of if it's there, I don't want to waste doctor time

    I know you might be scared but it is better to know what it is asap, it might be nothing or it might be something, if it is nothing that would be great news if it's something then the quicker they catch it the better the outcome tends to be.  It's what the GPS are there for, so I would advise contact them asap and then you can face it head on and once you know what it is, it can help to reduce your anxiety.
