Follow up appointment tomorrow

Hello I had a biopsy taken at the beginning of April and have had a phone call today to go in tomorrow for the results. 

Has anyone had a next day appointment and it been good news? I feel like it’s going to be bad news with th asking me to go in tomorrow.. but saying that I’ve waited 5 weeks for the results to come back in the first place so surely it can’t be that urgent? 

anyone with any similar experience, please reach out. Going out of my mind!
