CIN2 & 3 - Suspicious area after Loop biopsy

Hi, I had a loop biopsy after abnormal smear results. Had a phone call a week later from the doctor who said my initial results were back to say CIN2&3 as predicted however there was a suspicious area they were concerned about and it was being sent off for a second opinion and I'd probably have another week wait. I've been waiting over a week and now worried this area is cancerous.

Anxiety is through the roof and haven't really spoken to anyone other than one close friend about this and of course my wonderful husband but the waiting is the worst. Has anyone been through this or know how long a usual second opinion takes?

Thanks
