Suspicious Mole

Hi everyone, today I sent some photos to my GP of a mole at the back of my calf. Straight away they contacted me to say that they have referred me for an urgent dermatology appointment. How likely is is it that something is wrong? I’m over thinking. Thank you for reading my post :)

If you Google abcde of moles it will tell you if there is any suspicion of cancer.

Thank you Clastegra I’ve just had my husband use to check my mole, sadly my mole is asymmetrical, blurred border, 8mm, 2 different colours and evolving. my mole is much darker than all of my others and it’s slightly raised. I sometimes feel what’s like shooting pains behind it, though I’m not sure if this related at all.
