I am from the Belfast NI area. If anyone is here and can help that would be great.
I had my first abnormal smear october/november 2024: HPV 16 & 18 and severe cell changes: Colposcopy in Feb this year which showed ‘severe abnormality’ which I’m assuming is CIN3 as that was what was mentioned to me at the colposcopy but not on the results letter. I am awaiting the Lletz procedure.. does anyone know how long you wait for this? I thought I would have had a date by now :-( anxious mama here :’( Has anyone ever gone private for it ?

I’m not in your area sorry. But I don’t want to leave you unanswered. I live in Scotland and everything is really behind. So it might be the same for you.

can you call up the hospital that deals with gynae and maybe ask them? Or ask your doctor.

I hope someone comes along from your area and can help x

Yeah been trying to ring round the hospital and keep getting put through to the wrong people ‘we don’t deal with that, ask for such and such through switchboard’ keep going round in circles. Thanks so much for your reply
