I feel really silly for posting but don’t know where else to turn, my health anxiety is at an all time high. I apologise if this isn’t the right place. 

iv had tension type headaches for 2 weeks, in my temples, I feel like my head feels heavy and my eyes are blurry, had an eye test/exam, all ok. 

is it just tension, or is it a tumour? That’s my concern,  and I am driving myself mad with worry. Which won’t help! I spoke to the doctor who just said sounds like tension, but how do they know from a phone call. 

any advice?
