Hi there little backstory

suspected endometriosis due to severe cramps, developed severe low back pain central comes and goes and pain when needing to pass a bowel movement and after like severe period cramping

Gyno ordered mri 

I haven’t been explained my MRI result but was told I need an urgent appointment and they booked me one but I saw on the report that I have endometriosis and adenomyosis and that I also have a superficial antior rectal deposit which the concern I have

apparently this can indicate a tumour? 
I looked into symptoms associated with bowel cancers and saw ‘not feeling like empty’ as a symptom and I get that and changes but my bowels have always been inconsist I also have severe back pain and found out your more likely to get bowel cancer if you have both endometriosis and adenomyosis 

I guess I want to know if anybody ever had similar a similar report I didn’t even think for a second I could possibly have bowel cancer I won’t be over worried until my appointment I know I can be reading things wrong
