I’m 16, I have vaped for 3 years due to stress from being a type 1 diabetic but am now scared that I have lung cancer.  I have had sore throats in November, January and just recently and am honestly terrified. Currently I have a cough and this white patch in the very back of my throat and have been to see my gp and got told it’s tonsillitis. 

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to get lung cancer from vaping??

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with aspects of your health over the last few years. It sounds like it's been a stressful time for you. 

    The NHS website has some information about vaping that may help to reassure you, but I'd really encourage you to talk with your doctor again. Not just about the sore throats you've been having but also about vaping and your stress levels. Hopefully, they will be able to help you quit vaping and find more positive ways to manage your diabetes and anxiety.
