i am ashamed to admit that I went over 20 years without a smear due to anxiety and a horrible experience. I was finally able to have one done a few weeks ago although it was very difficult.
My results have come back with HPV and borderline cell changes so I am really anxious. I have been given a colposcopy appointment for 2 weeks time
Due to no sexual contact for some time I must have had HPV for many years and I am lknow my lack of tests has made this so much worse.
I am not sure how I can get through the next two weeks… can someone explain what borderline changes mean as I am too scared to google….
