This may sound totally bizarre. I hoped I could upload a picture but I understand why it wouldn't be encouraged. 

Whilst on the phone this evening I ran my hand down the back of my neck and stopped when it felt like the mole that's there feels different (bigger). I've asked my hubby to take a picture, he thinks it looks like a mole, but I think it also looks like it could be a zit  I'm now doubting I ever had a mole there at all! 

But the fact I stopped when I felt it and instantly thought it felt bigger means surely it's true?! I'm going to try and see the GP tomorrow
