I just wanted to wish you the best of luck for your endoscopy and colonoscopy on Friday. It sounds like the thought of having these is making you very anxious and if you find that this is preventing you from eating or sleeping normally, have a chat with your GP about how this is making you feel and how it's affecting you. I am sure that they will have some good suggestions for you so that you can feel more relaxed on Friday.
