Post menopausal bleeding

Hi. I’m 55 and started bleeding again after 3 years. It’s started as light but I’m now at full bleeding every 2 weeks. I’m on HRT and have a coil. ( all were planned as my menopause treatment package and to date has been wonderful) .

I’ve been to the gp and have an urgent scan in 6 days so I know I will get a better understanding then.  I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced the same when using both HRT and coil.

    I’m sorry to hear about the bleeding you’ve been experiencing. It must be worrying, especially with everything you've been doing to manage your menopause. It’s great to hear that you’ve already seen your GP and have an urgent scan scheduled, hopefully, this will give you the answers you need and help put your mind at ease.
    We have a lot of members here who have been on HRT or have used a coil, so I’m sure they will be able to share their experiences.

    Hi Jubilee

    How did the scan go? I hope that you are OK. I have the same symptoms as you and was when had both coil and HRT (coil now removed but continuing to bleed) I have a scan next week.
