What a stressful time it must be for you! I am sorry you ended up having another mammogram as well as an ultrasound and so many biopsies on each breast. There is information on our website on the breast biopsy - I am not sure whether it is usual to have 8 biopsies taken on each breast but I am sure they took the number of samples they felt were necessary. Hopefully you will hear from other members of our community who have had a breast biopsy before and who had a similar number of samples taken or who had as many biopsies taken on both breasts at the same time. It is comforting sometimes to hear from the shared experiences of others.

It's all a bit of a waiting game for you now and you should get your results within 1-2 weeks. As you are waiting - and it can be a very anxious time -, I thought I would share with you these helpful tips to help you cope while waiting for important news.
