I'm sorry to hear about the mark you've found on your breast and for the worry this is causing.

Keep an eye on it and if it doesn't improve, or continues to get worse, then it would be best to book an appointment with your GP as they'll be able to take a look and let you know if it's any cause for concern. Hopefully that won't be the case but it's always good to get any unusual or persistent symptoms checked out, if only for peace of mind.
