Hello, I am just wondering how common it is for biopsy samples to be sent to London Universities or college and generally if this anything of concern.

My lymph nodes in my neck are constantly swollen, for years. I keep taking paracetamol for them and feels like they get even bigger. Drs/advanced nurse can't explain the reason why they are up, only can guess for example my atopic eczema causes them to be up. But my GP before said she thought it wasn't something like lymphoma.

Anyway, i had a biopsy and ultrasound on them the beginning of the year and hadn't heard about my biopsy results. At first i thought no result is good news but I got a email from P.A.L.S this morning saying the biopsy was forwarded to Kings College London for further investigation. Something about awaiting a full report to come back. 

I am a little concerned why it was forwarded there. Ie for second opinions, or anything significant at Kings College that deals with biopsies of the lymph nodes?
