Waiting on biopsy results

Hello I’m new on here and was wondering if anyone could help. I found a lump under my armpit so the GP referred me to the breast clinic. When I attended I had an examination and the consultant felt another lump that I wasn’t aware of so I then had a mammogram and also an ultrasound. They confirmed the lump under my arm was a lymph node however the other lump they said doesn’t look like anything to worry about but they then took a biopsy. The consultant was not very clear at all and said he didn’t know what the lump was

I get my results in 2 weeks but am worried what they might be as I am 46 years old and Fibroadenomas say they are common in younger women and the lump doesn’t seem like a cyst

would they still do a biopsy if they thought it was just a Fibroadenoma?  Also has anyone been told their lump didn’t look like cancer but then got a diagnosis that it was?

thank you
