Fit test result of 200 and negative pylori test

Hi guys, I've just had these result back along with a slightly elevated inflammation marker - I was just trying to brainstorm what could have caused it as there hadn't really been any family history of cancer and I am still young (under twenty) and some reassurance. Any comments are really appreciated!

  • Hi amel1a_r0s3 and welcome to the forum.

I'm sorry for the worry your fit test result is causing but I'm glad you've joined us as a lot of our members have been in this position so they will definitely understand what you're going through at the moment and hopefully some of them will stop by soon to share their experiences and advice.

I know it's difficult not to worry when you're not sure what could have caused this, but try to keep in mind that this result doesn't mean you have cancer as there are many other medical conditions that this could potentially be instead.

If you haven't done so yet, do try and discuss this further with your GP as they'll be able to answer your questions and hopefully put your mind at ease. We also have a team of cancer nurses you can talk to on 0808 800 4040. Their phone lines are open Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m and they will do all they can to help.

We're sending you all our support Amel1a_r0s3 and will have our fingers crossed everything will be o.k.

    Kind regards,
