Hi, I'm 68 and ha e just had some uterine polyps removed by hysterscopy, I have been having pain in my stomach and back for several months Iwas sent for US scan which showed I have uterine cyst stuck to my uterus, I'd had one removed 6 years ago along with my ovaries and fallopian tubes  however as I have large scar on my stomach from old surgery I have many adhesions so it's a bit of a tangle inside so the surgeon couldn't take all the ovarian tissue away , hence that's why the  cyst has grown back, after tests I also had uterine polyps which was removed last week, the produce was extremely painful and I'm still in alot of discomfort a week later, is this normal ? Also the gynaecologist doesn't  know if she can remove the big cyst because it's stuck to a large blood vessel and other organs, has anyone else had similar problems and did they get pain from polyps and cysts?
