I can't get a GP appt until Monday and I have found a large lump on the back of my neck on the vertebrae (or is the vertebrae), visible in a photograph. I can feel the pressure and it's painful only to touch. The lump feels like my vertebrae - definitely bone. Like an enlarged vertebrae if that's possible? Any ideas what it could be or if I should be very concerned. So far I've only come up with a tumour.
