Hi

i have pain in my right breast going to my armpit, the pain is there constantly and even hurts if I lift my arm above my head, it hurts to even touch it I have tried to feel for a lump but can’t feel much as it hurts but also feels swollen and heavy and my nipple is itchy. My mum had breast cancer and had a mastectomy, her mum had a rare form of cancer of the lymph nodes. When I have googled about signs of breast cancer it says there will be tenderness but not pain. Should I be worried.
