Lump and pain - help?

Hi, I’ve got a lump on the bone behind my left ear, it is hard, immovable and it’s painful when I touch it but isn’t painful otherwise. I have not been ill recently and I’ve started to get pain in the bones of my right leg, round by the right side of my hip, my femur and my lower leg bone too, it’s a sharp pain when I’m walking and there is little to no pain when I’m resting, I tried googling but obviously so many things came up for it and I don’t trust it. I haven’t got any other symptoms, should I be worrying? I don’t know when the lump formed and I started having bone pain about 3 or 4 days ago

I’m sorry to hear you’re dealing with this.
It sounds like it’s been a bit worrying for you and I completely understand how frustrating it can be not knowing exactly what’s going on, especially with so many different possibilities out there.
It’s always a good idea to get any new lumps or pains checked out, especially when they’re causing discomfort. I’d recommend seeing your GP so they can take a closer look and help you figure out what might be going on. They’ll be able to give you more clarity and advice on the next steps.
It’s understandable to feel uncertain, but hopefully, you’ll get some answers soon.
In the meantime, we’re here if you need a chat.
    All the best,
