Worried it’s womb cancer

I am 52,(guess I am post menopause I believe! But hardly had any symptoms but irregular bleeds for past 2 yrs (bleed4 mths missed 4 pattern for two years) 

I haven’t had periods for 15 months, started bleedibg like a light period for 4 days then spotting for few days after, I’ve had a cervical biopsy which is on, but my womb lining id 15.85mm 

I’ve a left side ovarian cyst 16x18x19mm  and a anterior fibroid 

also showed a proliferating endometrium,

I am so so worried! And m life is on hold I can’t think of anything else only it’s cancer! 

I am waiting for a appointment to have a 

hysteroscopy

    I see from your post that you are worried about these symptoms and I'm sure your questions and concerns will be addressed at your next appointment. On our website, there's guidance around womb biopsies, including hysteroscopies, which I hope will make you feel more prepared. When you’re worried that you may have cancer, it can be natural to think the worst, but this can end up increasing anxiety rather than making you feel better. While you wait for your appointment, I'd advise that you focus on other things for now.
