I have breast cancer and also find it really difficult waiting for appointments and results.  The only thing I can suggest is trying to keep busy and distract yourself.  With too much time on my hands thoughts can whirr round and round in my head and that doesn’t really help.  Good luck with everything

I also try writing each of my  worries down and then working out which ones are realistic and which aren't.  For the former I make an action plan in my head of how to tackle them.  That helps.  Good luck
