Bleeding after constipation

Hi everyone I am a 21 year old women who has very irregular periods for 5/6 years now, I have 1/2 periods every year or sometimes none at all. I have recently discovered that when I am constipated and have to push I tend to bleed out of my front and it then stops as soon as I have finished on the toilet. Does anyone else get this or know someone who does. I have pcos too.

    Hopefully some of our members will get back to you soon but if you haven't done so already it may be worth booking an appointment with your GP as they'll be able to investigate this further and let you know if this is any cause for concern. Hopefully that won't be the case, but it's always good to get an unusual or persistent symptoms checked out, if only for peace of mind.
