I am sorry to hear this. Irrespective of whether or not the results are favourable, it is always easier to deal with things when you get your results. I am glad to hear that there is no spread to lymph nodes and that you have caught this early. I'm sure that you'll be happy if you don't need chemo. Here's hoping that you don't have to wait too long for surgery.

Hi Jolamine, yes it’s a lumpectomy, as soon as I hear I will let you know.  Just wish it was all over, terrible nerves in stomach .  How are you doing? Hope your well, hugs x

Waiting is always hardest. I can understand your wish that it was all over, but it shouldn't take long now. I am doing well thank you. I am 15 years down the line from my first diagnosis, when I had a lumpectomy. I had a second primary the following year, when I had a double mastectomy. I still lead a busy and fulfilling life.

Hope the date for your surgery comes through soon.
